Tucson Police looking for woman who called for help​

The Tucson Police Department is looking for a woman they say has not been seen since calling 911.

The TPD says 37-year-old Danitza Guadalupe Paredes called 911 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, in the area of 12th Avenue and 39th Street asking for emergency assistance.

She has not been found.

The TPD says it is believed Paredes may be injured and is the victim of a violent crime.
 

Missing Tucson woman may be injured, victim of violent crime​

The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 37-year-old Danitza Guadalupe Paredes, who may be injured and the victim of a violent crime.

Paredes called 9-1-1 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on April 25 in the area of 12th Avenue and 39th Street asking for emergency assistance. TPD and South Tucson PD conducted a thorough search but did not locate her.

Officers are continuing their search for Paredes throughout the city. Police believe she may be injured.

Paredes is 5 feet 4 inches tall with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo across her neck that says "KALY".

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1. You can remain anonymous.
 

UPDATE: Missing Tucson woman found safe​

According to the Tucson Police Department, 37-year-old Danitza Guadalupe Paredes was located safely Sunday afternoon.

Tucson Police say Paredes is now receiving medical care.
