I miss you Oreo.
Only one firefighter on scene allowed to move a fire truck?. I know rules, statutes, and laws have to be established. But, this is a ridiculous one. An entire case about it. And some of the claims are wild. Put in handcuffs and how tight they wer. Claims they weren't loosened, they were tightened.And over 45 minutes of this. Luckily, no one had injuries. Geez.

I think most people that are in high positions of office, authority, try to use that as leverage. It's nice to see when they take responsibility for their actions. They are just as guilty of an offense as much as anyone else.

Wow. I don't think I have seen anyone act that badly being questioned in court. Plenty have pizzed me off. This guy was unbelievable! Being fined, disciplined, and kept it up. IDK who could deal with him. Horses (_ l _)

A judge dismissed a lawsuit from a civilian engineer in the Military Sealift Command after it was determined that her report of being raped in her own bed aboard a Navy transport ship was within her duties and must be treated as a worker’s comp claim.
