Placer Sheriff's Office seeking information in 1980 cold case
The Placer County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information related to the disappearance and death of Patricia Ann Rose.

Rose was last seen in 1980 and her 18-month-old son was found alone in a hotel room where she was staying in Sacramento. The Sheriff’s Office also confirmed Rose was estranged from her husband, John Bowden, at the time of her disappearance.

“The circumstances surrounding her disappearance and death are suspicious, and detectives are seeking the public’s help for any possible information regarding Patricia’s death or disappearance,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
