Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to seal information in the case against the 16-year-old accused of sexually assaulting and killing his stepsister, Anna Kepner, while on a cruise ship last year.

In the motion, the defense is requesting that any examinations or tests performed, as well as new motions to review and revoke release, be sealed.
