The trial date for the stepbrother of Titusville teen Anna Kepner has been moved to September, according to federal court records.

The teen, identified as "T.H." in court documents, waived his arraignment last month in Miami after the Department of Justice indicted him as an adult.

The 16-year-old's federal public defender also entered a written plea of not guilty to charges of murder and aggravated sexual abuse.

The trial is scheduled to begin Sept. 8, 2026, in Miami.

It shouldn't be a problem, IMO. Especially since it sounds like they have DNA that points to TH, and cell phone tracking that points to TH. If they have similar tracking info for the other male (cell phone data), should be fine. I believe they also have video showing who entered and exited the room.

I can just see a defense attorney saying that it could be the other person that killed her. They twist everything!

Honestly? Cause he's a baby-faced, wide-eyed white kid with an idiotic, "sympathetic" judge.
The judge literally said it "would be hard for his family to visit him". But that he would have detained a 20-year-old under the exact same circumstances.
