Jeffrey sorted laundry at the University of Utah hospital. On August 27, 1986 at approximately 1000 hrs. he called his sister and said he was not feeling well. She went to meet him and he never showed up. He was last seen in the area of 400 South 1300 East in Salt Lake City, Utah.
