The Police Chief has responded to these claims made by Henry. It is short, around 4 minutes. Naturally he says they can't share evidence but did state that Henry made some claims that are directly contradicted as evidence. They stand by he did this and is the only suspect at this time and stands by the charges.
I can believe this because he seemed to me to be fitting his story to what he "knows" of the evidence imo and he doesn't know it all most likely. He therefore can't explain those things OR claimed something clearly not true.
He also said the husband took a polygraph and passed. However, this was from a third party polygrapher and I have to say I don't like that rather than LE giving him one...
I don't know about the hub but I think most know I wasn't sold by Henry. I thought the garage blood story a bit of a far stretch for one.
There are things that don't thrill me about the hub but he very well could just be a not great husband and one who did remarry in a year or some such and unfortunately his neighbor did this and so some are going to think he did.
He also may very well get unknown calls a lot and most cell phones show a number, there aren't any payphones hardly at all any longer and that evidence just doesn't convince me at all. I don't think we even know the exact timeline do we? I think the short gym visit odd and probably done to "try" to create an alibi.
The thing is he would have had to have got her into her own car right? The husband must not have been at home of course...
I think it is possible his son could have helped put the body into the car but not necessarily.
Kimberly's extended family members or in laws said that the husband told them he was going to have Henry start the car like weekly or something and that he'd given him the code. They did think it odd they not just have them do it but I don't find that entirely odd and it would explain also that Henry already had the code, had the car keys or knew where they were and so on.
I can't totally rule out the hub but LE says there is no reason to suspect him. Not at this time. I of course am paraphrasing in here.
I learned not too far in following crime years ago that usually when the perp has to explain way too many things or evidence away, they are usually guilty. There just are not that many coincidental things and so many have to be explained in ONE event/case. Too many here. It would also mean Henry is beyond gullible to be framed and that the hub is extremely smart and planned this all perfectly. Seems unlikely to me.
In on it together or Henry did it himself imo. IF in on it together though Henry just basically flipped on the hub in his interview claiming he framed him... No interest or reason to arrest the hub though it would seem per the Chief.
