The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate the disappearance of 22-year-old Rebecca Park, who is reported missing and possibly endangered.

Park, who is approximately 38 weeks pregnant, was last seen willingly getting into the passenger side of a dark-colored vehicle on Monday night around 11:30 p.m. outside a relative's home on South 21 1/2 Road.

She had arranged to be picked up but did not disclose to the witness who would be picking her up, the sheriffs office said.

Deputies said her cellphone was later discovered on a two-track near the location where she was last seen.

No wonder Bartholomew had her kids taken away from her! I don't want to know what they endured prior to being taken away from her! What a &^(&#.

I hate getting sucked into a case for it to turn into something this horrendous. I believe I heard they googled or something on how to take a baby out of the womb. I'm avoiding the link on the hearing as not sure I want to hear all the gory details. Not right now anyhow. Just not prepared to.

However, that is NOT what the DFP link says. It says "baby dead" NOT "found" or "located".

I wish LE was not allowed to lie so we might be able to figure out which one is true. Pretty ballsy of the news to state the baby was found if they didn't have somebody telling them that. That might be the issue though is how trustworthy their source is.

It seems like "The Independent" - which is actually considered a tabloid - took the "baby dead" and ran with it. Whether intentionally or not. The source they quoted, the DFP article, stated no such thing.

My guess is some took the fact it is known to be dead to mean it was found. However, things could have changed rapidly from what I watched today.

From what I understood LE knows the baby is dead but have not found it. Hence, the speculation someone shared what they knew/is talking. Among other things they couldn't possibly know either, which they seem to, unless someone talked.

Yes it does say they found it later. This is from the Detroit Free Press article that is linked at the bottom of the Independent article. It doesn't give more info where or when they found it though. So take with a pinch of salt.

At present, there seems to be no motive or reason for what they did.

The guy on the show I linked thought they were dumb enough to think they could sell the baby--normally I wouldn't agree with that but in this case all methed up and how dumb, in this case I'd entertain that. He was speculating of course and he said there is no market for such but that they likely didn't know that. I think myself it could also have to do with who the father was and we honestly don't know, only DNA will tell that for certainty.

I guess judge released them saying doesn't believe they are flight risks and their charges did not cause her death or some such. Sounds like they still have charges though.

Heard that speculated before. I find it a bit of a stretch that someone who lost kids and was a lousy mother would want one and what age is she? Of course the way meth heads are, who knows how they think...? Please tell me that somehow that baby is not his--it would be a closer biological match for them. I don't have a real reason to think that (sorry Rebecca) though.

By the way I think it is true the sister flipped, I just never got a chance last night to corroborate it.

If you watch Entin, they say it's been said, in court I believe or in the legal docs, I'd have to watch again. His guest says they know it but how they know it is the question. With regard to a lot of things said, they say someone has to be talking. I should watch it a second time, I found the discussion a good one.

I haven't watched the program but I'd figured the reason for the arrests (and high bails) of the fiancé and sister was to pressure them to tell what they know.
My impression up to this point is that the sister somehow found out what had actually happened but kept it from LE and then when pressured by LE, lied about it, although I do think the how and why part of it could have been what the bio-mother actually did tell her.

Yeah, they did arrest them earlier than the mom and stepdad. They do still face charges I gather but are free. His charges were for meth though so unrelated but hers relate to the crime, I'd have to look again. You did see those two were let go right?
