Now she'll probably plead ineffective council. I wonder if her attorney even knew she was going to do that interview. Surely, if they did, they would have told her it was a very dumb idea.

So you cannot take a plea and then profess your innocence. It defeats the whole purpose of the plea agreement.

Makes sense to me. I'm glad they are bringing it up and now they can also use her previous plea against her if it does go to trial, even though the plea itself is quashed.
