Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *NOT GUILTY* (Guilty of OUI) (5 Viewers)

Yeah but there was a party going on here. Sure most I know the night time routine the dog goes to bed and makes it through the night when the family goes to bed. However, say we are at my mom's and my sister and I are up late but mom went to bed, she will ask us to let the dog out before we retire for the night. It's just a thought. Dog even trying to save him, drag him.

Yes, her own words are likely to convict her. He was alive when he got to the hospital pretty sure.
Speaking of her own words, the video below is a compilation (up to this point in the trial) of clips from her various interviews.

She is so stupid, just can't shut her yap.

There are so many contradictions in that, it isn't' even funny. The biggest outright lie is that she saw him go into the house, totally contradictory.

If that was the case, why was she in another one expecting to find him along side the road?

Miniimizing her drinking--of course she can't deny it.

So many things.

Of course I've seen them all before but never one after the other. I've picked up big changes before but easier yet when seeing them all in a few minutes.

Yep, she was clearly clingy and jealous, yet she often tries to portray to Higgins the opposite. She's a case all right. I'll always believe this was intentional but I don't necessarily believe they have enough to improve intention--they do have enough for manslaughter, etc. though.
(I missed your above comment.)

So, if it her intent wasn't to hit John, what was it?

I actually think I'd missed most all of those but having watched the first trial, what she said about John's garage was very interesting- gist being that it wasn't easy to enter her oversize SUV through the door- because 1) I recall testimony in the first trial that there was something wrong with the door so that it wouldn't close all the way, and 2) the Ring video that would have shown her enterance is missing.

yeah it doesn't seem like if she hit him she did it on purpose but i would think she would have known she hit him if she did..... i know i would know drunk or not if i backed into a human.... she was not driving a tractor trailer its a frigging suv

What I think and what they can prove solidly are two different things imo. I believe it to be mostly what they think too. I think she knew full well she hit him with intent in a rage and left the scene. Like many in a rage, she probably then started fast to worry and I think she was trying to sober up, trying to figure out what to do and so on and probably did get into a panic. That's my personal opinion. Otherwise at minimum as you say, she knew full well she hit him even if not intentionally but still had to figure out what to do about it. Her own words and actions dam* her to he77. That's my opinion anyhow.

But polycarbonate lenses do not basically explode with a 25mph hit into a soft arm.

very possible because to watch her while she sits there like she has zero feelings..... that's some Casey Anthony BS..... SERIOUSLY

Very similar, I agree.

Recently I saw some clip of her rolling the same kind of case the attys us and I thought you HAVE to be kidding me. Ridiculous, she's not an atty as she seems to think. And if she had any papework at all that was relevant, it should be in the hands of her atty.

The evidence discussed in court so far indicates that she hit him in reverse at 24 mph and the tailight hit his bent arm ramming the glass into his nose and the bar at the top of the rear of the SUV impacted the back of his head causing that wound.

Yesterday's testimony was 2 DNA guys and a vehicle GPS, etc expert, just to keep things up to date. It may have been 3 with the DNA but at least 2. Important testimony but did get dry to listen to as such does.

Yeah, this case is simple at its core. The hair is big too. The show above is pretty good.

A very logical look at it.

I watched his previous video and was going to post it but the bees took up my time and i lit a fire last night just to be sure they had gone. I made myself some fish and chips and sat by the fire to eat it then fell asleep. Here's the link i was going to post. Now I'll watch the one you posted.
