Canada LILY & JACK SULLIVAN: Missing from Pictou County, Nova Scotia since 2 May 2025 - Ages 6 & 4 (10 Viewers)

Lily Sullivan, 6, and Jack Sullivan, 4, were reported missing around 10 a.m. Friday. They were last seen on Gairloch Road in Lansdowne Station.

Police believe the siblings wandered away from their home and say there is no information to suggest they were abducted.

Martell says he and Malehya Brooks-Murray asked Lily and Jack to quiet down on Friday morning to let the baby sleep.

He estimates it took up to 20 minutes to notice the two children were gone.

“A few minutes went by, I heard nothing. Got up, went out in the kitchen, checked everything, I seen they weren’t there. Checked their bedrooms and they weren’t there. So I looked out the backyard, that’s the only other place they would go, and their boots were gone. The door, the sliding door, was closed. Usually they don’t close the door, I usually have to remind them, remind them to close the door over and over,” he says.

Martell says he then jumped in his vehicle and started looking for them.

yeah like i'm not convinced yet the step dad had anything to do with any foul play IF that's the case but i don't think he is like crime free lifestyle if ya know what i mean..... but mom..... she takes the baby and is outta there..... idk.......

The mom was home when the kids were out of school, right? If she wasn't, I would think he did something to them. If she was, then I wonder if they didn't go missing under his watch and she's so upset he allowed that to happen that she left. I dunno! Time will tell, though.

I was really hoping these two would have been found by now. It's so sad!

Yeah but if so, she said on the day they said they went missing, that she fell back asleep for like 20 minutes, or some such. Said the same thing about the patio door. And they both claim it was that day and she was just as much home as him. Said she heard them, fell asleep, woke up and did not hear them and then realized... It just does not wash... To me anyhow. I initially thought she was upset with him but I didn't realize she was there too, didn't have that info or what she said til later...

I don't know and I hope they are alive but all going on, I've lost almost total hope they are alive.

Most concerning.

1. Mom LEAVING the scene of her actively missing children.
2. Mom blocking step-dad and ceasing all contact with him, when he is still there at the scene of her actively missing children.
3. The kids missing school in the days leading up to their disappearance (last day was Tuesday).
4. Major Crimes being involved from very early on.

Also something that I've heard recently that I haven't been able to independently verify yet.

1. There's a separate trailer/RV on the property that another adult was staying in.

Yeah there are a TON of red flags and the only place I have read on this case is here. Or heard about it even. Things that just don't add up. I don't even have any idea of criminal histories. Honestly.

If there WAS a separate trailer on the property, that is even more concerning, and someone in it. The picture of that home really did it in for me. Prior to that, I had no idea whether they lived in some nice place, took care of things or tried to as most do but that picture showed no, they don't unless they just bought someone else's mess which I mentioned above--we did but it was not our mess and we immediately got to work cleaning it up. I had suspicions from the get go about him but did not accuse but now she honestly has to be lying too or at least with some things.

I'd say the way LE has acted and I didn't even known about missing school, both are highly suspect.

We have all seen too many of these cases, but her splitting from him is a bit different. I can only think that may have been her family insisting and thinking he had something to do with it. Not sure.

More will come I'm sure. And it takes a bit before they feel they have built a case... Quite often....

i believe it was a grandparent possibly even the kids bio dads father so their paternal grandfather???? let me know if i have that wrong

Yeah the RV definitely exists. It just hasn't been explicitly stated by anyone official who may or may not have been staying in it.

I think his mother lives in the camper and ordered Mommy's family off the property.

It sounds like the Mommy's family showed up and started hurling accusations at step-dad.

I'd assume so, the mother's remarks have been mentioned, I'd assume they were to LE and stems from there.. I'd think the others would have been as well, if they cooperated.

i noticed the slide and figured it was some kid's set up of an outdoor play thing.

Implies to me it is HIS mom's property or that he has the control there. That's what i was saying earlier, that the two families supposedly feuded and then she left.
