After the cross examination of Rittenhouse, did the defense to do a redirect? I’ve been looking for that and I can’t find it. I just watched the whole testimony.
I've been looking & in the video below @56:15 he steps off the stand with no redirect from the defense. Sorry, this is all I could find.

That’s all I could find, too. I was trying to see where the judge asks if there is a redirect and I couldn’t even hear that?

I’ve watched quite a bit of testimony on this case now. There are no heroes! I still think the jury got it right, but those who say Rittenhouse was a hero are wrong. And he would say the same thing, I do believe.

I love his videos because they take the law and explain it through the constitution when necessary to videos of him grading law movies like: "My Cousin Vinny" which is his favorite. He also has one on "The Chewbacca Defense" too.
I watched a couple more of his videos on other topics last night. I also like the fact that his videos aren’t super long.

I decided to listen to Grosskreutz’s Testimony while I clean house and my initial opinion of him hasn’t changed. Another imperfect person trying to help out in Kenosha using his knowledge of CPR, medic training, etc. The big difference between him and Kyle appear to be maturity! Also, Gaige had a lot more training.

What I’m really disappointed in is the fact that anybody felt they needed to be there at all. The local authorities should have gotten these riots and fires etc. under control. I don’t know how to accomplish that exactly? But it definitely needs to be looked into. If they don’t, other lives may be lost in the future.

If Kyle and Gaige would have met earlier in the evening, they may have found they had a lot in common and would have respected what each other was trying to accomplish. What a horrible chain of events that night.

All of this is my personal opinion.

Report and officer body cam of the reporter stopped by police when he was following the jury bus.

My opinion - this shows us the calibre of reporters today.

So much for the denials that he had been asked by anyone in NY to do this. I think it's obvious from this exchange that he had been asked by NY.

I’d be surprised if Rittenhouse sanctioned this. I saw him in an interview and he denounced the proud boys. Also, he is suing Linn Wood, his first Atty, who is a far right activist.

I wouldn’t of mentioned all this because it’s political, but I happened to see him talk about it in an interview that I was watching so I had to say something.

This is an interview with the man who was assigned to be the Rittenhouse family bodyguard. His perspective In what he saw in person is much like what I took out of watching the trial (that I had time to watch). He gives even more detail, describing the family’s economic life prior to that night and much more. He admits This isn’t something he usually does, but wanted to speak out in this case and I’ll let you learn from him the reasons why. If you like scuba diving into this case, this is an interesting interview.

Wow! I appreciate this on a very high level so thank you.

*(remember the term culture vulture) ;)

Someone asks me to buy a gun for them. He77 no. If you can't get it yourself I am not going to be responsible. You would think anyone would question why someone wanted a gun in the first place.

I think it’s a problem when somebody in their late teens is old enough to buy a firearm, and so they buy it for a friend of theirs that’s under age. That’s what happened here. The buyer’s family likes to go out to the gun range and Kyle wanted his own firearm. They Kept it locked up in a gun safe, which is good, but Kyle did have access to it somehow. I’m not sure if Kyle’s parents even knew about it? I don’t remember reading that they did.

My dad bought me a rifle when I was under age, but he was in possession of it and I didn’t have any control over it unless he was present. That’s how I think it should be. Minors shouldn’t be in possession of firearms without a responsible parent or instructor with them. Just MOO.

Meanwhile, another legal fight is brewing over the fate of the $2 million conservatives raised to cover Rittenhouse's bail.

Richards filed a motion Thursday seeking the money, with plans to divide it between his law firm and the #FightBack Foundation.

Attorneys Lin Wood and John Pierce, who were representing Rittenhouse in the early days of case, formed the foundation to raise money for him.

Richards also wants to give $150,000 back to actor Ricky Schroder, who donated to Rittenhouse's defense.

The Patent and Trademark Hedge Fund Trust filed a motion Thursday laying claim to the $2 million as well. The trust's attorneys argue they're Pierce's creditors so they deserve all the money.

The hedge fund apparently contributed because they thought it would be a “good investment."

Schroeder called an investment in a criminal bond "bizarre."

Interesting article. I wanted to see if writtenhouse was really going to have the firearm destroyed because I saw in two of his interviews that that was his goal. Looks like it’ll happen. I’m glad.
autocorrect causing issues? :teehee:

I was glad to see that the AR would be destroyed too. No one needs to profit off of this anymore than already has been done.
