Missouri vs. Maggie Ybarra and Michael Hendricks for murder after foster teen reports abuse *GUILTY*

FBI returns Friday to Grain Valley property where remains of missing woman were found

Investigators from the FBI on Friday will spend a second day gathering evidence at a property in unincorporated Jackson County where the body of a missing woman was found last week.

Aubry had been reported missing in Independence after relatives lost contact with her since October. Her last known address was in Kansas City, Kansas.

Court records show the homeowner, Michael J. Hendricks, 40, is identified as the homeowner. Hendricks and his girlfriend Maggie Ybarra, 30, were the primary subjects of the investigation that led police to find Aubry’s body in Hendricks’ yard.

Hendricks and Ybarra were investigated by authorities in April after a 13-year-old girl who was in foster care told police she was sexually assaulted by them and shown pictures of a dead woman.

I hope LIFE MEANS LIFE!!!
Ditto. Who would have ever thought we'd these days have to wonder if it does in every single case? Even when it does, another bunch of politicians, etc. could change it in future years even for those already sentenced under other laws. That's the b.s. that goes on these days.

Great news though that that's the sentence!

Life PLUS decades more was the sentence. Not 40-life but life plus years, so it should be.
It doesn't make much difference when these days someone just decides to release them regardless of the sentence. That is what is going on in some cases. Sick but true. Should be unbelievable who would have ever thunk but it is going on and only getting worse.

I dare say too that is why many prosecutions are going the extra mile. Used to be just put them away for one or two cases, now some are at great time and cost prosecuting for every charge they can like in Daybell. Nail them on everything they can and in different states as people are being RELEASED that should be in prison for LIFE.

In my state he would stand a chance over her to be released early... Good ole boys club and all.

Same in my state. There's a lot of good ol' boys clubs and members in power yet. They play all the tricks to stay in power yet in counties and states in this nation. Sickening.
