What I heard on the local news this AM was that the woman who was driving Katelyn's car is still not identified. And I'd like to know exactly where the dog was located? Why didn't any people in the area notice the dog was in distress?

Another tidbit, Katelyn was from the Eugene area, but had been living in Beaverton. The two areas are about a two hour drive from each other. The car with the unidentified woman in it was located in the state of Washington, not to be confused with the Oregon county from which Katelyn went missing.

Was it in a populated area or way out in the boonies or somewhere where there is not a lot of people passing to notice?

Sounds like her dog was also found in Pierce County, WA.
Would be interested in where exactly in Pierce County for the dog and the car chase. Using the county name instead of saying Tacoma makes me think it was more rural.

I don't know! And it says the dog was found in "Washington". Was that the Oregon county, or the state of Washington? I'm not even sure.
I'm even more po'd at her if she didn't chain the dog somewhere public, at least where it had a chance. Something tells me it was more rural(ish) so she wouldn't be seen tying the dog up and/or be seen with the car or even possibly a body at that time.
