What a failure on the police's part AND the first judge.
She CLEARLY should not have been released to less secure housing.
Her decision making is still obviously very immature and not thought out.

I had heard before the homeless man was living in the basement at Brown, a TV newscast on the above show confirmed it. I only heard it once before so was wondering.

Ashlee Buzzard has been arrested for anyone who has not heard. Melodee's body was found apparently in early December, they've been waiting for DNA I guess. Presser in a little under 3 hours.

I'm willing to cut the dude some slack. I'd want to see the results of a lie detector.
Here are the things that bother me:
She's been dead long enough to start decomposing, and yet there are fresh cookies waiting for him. Did she put the cookies out days ago?
Allegedly, he found her that night, so if he had murdered her it would have been days ago. I'm sure Mrs. Claus and the elves can support an alibi.
So back to the cookies. Someone else must have put them there. Did the police do a complete search of the house? Was there anyone hiding in the upstairs, or in a closet, or in the basement?
How did she die? Was she hit over the head with a log from the fireplace?
Why was she on the naughty list? Was she working with drug dealers?
So many questions.

My God. I know this stuff goes on everywhere. I do know that. And how many never have help or are found out. MY state but it is always the southern half of the state with most of the crime but still I know with internet and the world today it could be anywhere.
I WILL applaud Bikers Against Predators i think it is.
