He got off the most serious charges.

I am going to predict he will get 5 years sentence with his 13 months taken off (represents 20 months approx) leaves 40 months which he will serve in home detention with an ankle monitor.

This is what is in the post upthread so i don't think 20 years is very likely.

So i just went with what the P and the D recommended (51 to 63 months vs 21 to 27 months). The halfway points being 57 vs 24 month ie 5 years vs 2 years. The middle point of that is 3.5 years. He will have his time served taken off - anything between actual months served (13 months) and what that could convert to if multiplied by 1.5. (20 months possibly) which could bring the 3.5 years down to 2 years.

Even if they go with the highest the P is recommending (63 months) then taking off his 13 months served already is only 50 months. ie 4 years 2 months.

Does anyone think President Trump could pardon him? He has been in jail for about 10 months so if he has to do 4 years, a third off would be 16 months, plus the 10 he has alreasy done would mean 26 months off so only 22 more months to serve.
