CORVALLIS, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking for help to find three missing children from Corvallis who may endangered in the Portland area. According to ODHS, Easton Menear, 4, Raya Menear, 1, and Quincy Menear, 10 months, went missing with their parents Hanna Jewel Hamilton and Christian Michael Menear from Corvallis on April 23.
