This case is being kept pretty quiet, no major details released to speak of (other than it does say there were two different guns used), but no info regarding who found them, who called 911, very little else. Of interest, the grandfather died just a few days after these murders and it sounds as if he was ill from various articles so probably not unexpected. I used to start a fair amount of case threads but life has me not doing so in quite awhile. The title will likely need more info, date, etc. and an intro. I don't know enough yet to have an opinion but keep running into this case. Of course it jump started due to being the same area as Karen Read with LE involvement and yet nothing about them is similar. Night and day different. Is anyone watching the Lindsay Clancy trial? I am watching the Lindsay Clancy trial unfold, and this is easily one of the most difficult cases I have witnessed. Three children died and now the jury must decide if their mother was criminally responsible for their deaths. The prosecution is arguing that her actions were premeditated and that she knew exactly what she was doing. The defense is arguing that her mental state impaired her ability to know or control her actions.
