I'm under the impression the police unions have negotiated the terms at which officers serve very clearly and strictly keep all vaccination status out of any discussions. Just my interpretation though.

They "refuse to comment" here when asked, but from talking to a few KCPD officers, their numbers are horrible when it comes to vax status from their knowledge.
