WI KATELYN KELLY: Missing from Menominee Indian Reservation, WI - 16 June 2020 - Age 22 *Found Deceased*

The Menominee Tribal Police Department wrote on Facebook Thursday that they are looking for someone who may have picked up Katelyn Kelly, 22, from County Highway VV near Silver Canoe Road (located on the Menominee Indian Reservation) on the evening of June 16. Reported missing by her mother on June 18, Kelly was reportedly last seen at her apartment in the City of Shawano between 11 p.m. on June 16 and 3 a.m. on June 17.

Earlier this week, Menominee police disputed claims that Kelly was found. The police department confirmed to CrimeOnline that Kelly’s still missing as of Friday.

Tribal police also said they are working with the FBI, the Shawano Police Department, and several other national and local agencies to locate Kelly.

Kelly was described as being 5 feet, 2 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds, and having brown hair and brown eyes. She was reportedly last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with a black swimsuit type top underneath, blue jean shorts, and flip flops.

Anyone with information regarding Katelyn Kelley’s disappearance or whereabouts should call the Menominee Tribal Police Department at 715-799-3881.

According to police, they confirmed that Katelyn was seen at her apartment in the City of Shawano between 11 p.m. on June 16 and 3 a.m. on June 17.

The Menominee Tribal Police relay that Katelyn has not been found and there have been no arrests in the investigation, but are continuing to investigate any tips, leads, and information that come in.

Officials say Kelley has been missing for over 10 days and are asking that hunters, campers, boaters, and area residents near the City of Shawano be vigilant and watchful for any signs of unusual activity while out in the area.

This is in Wisconsin?? Any idea where the photo was taken? Casino? Gas station? Motel? Wide range of hours for when last seen at apartment... Don't quite get that.

There is a casino not far from Shawano which is why I ask about the photo, they also have generally pretty good surveillance.

hmm. i'm not great at maps but let's see if this works. I just put in Shawano as her residence and then the convenience store and we have a straight run, and even a short walk. On a highway, not in the middle of nowhere. or so it looks.

i got shawano to the hilltop in keshena but copied link and it took step one out. i would welcome ima anyhow, it was just a short walk from Shawano proper to that hilltop. Straight route.

I have been in the Shawano area many times, it is close to Green Bay and football. Not that that is related, just saying it is somewhat familiar to me.

If you go from the City of Shawano to the convenience store, it is a straight shot. Now that is assuming she lives in the city proper. It is a numbered highway. Probably a state highway. 55. I have it on another screen but can't get it to link properly. (no worries about me after your job LOL LMBO).

Yeah, the 11 to 3 stood out immediately when I first read this thread. That is far from specific.

All of the articles seem to say last seen on that road at around 10:30 p.m. So this 11 to 3 is odd and is after that right? When I first googled her name nothing even came up until I added missing and the area. This FB missing post also places her near a trailer court.

So I am trying to orient this map with the one I have of the convenience store. So if she is last seen on County VV, she is moving from town to out into the country? Not towards home if Shawano is her home... This entire thing makes no sense to me. So you are in town and go walking after that in the country...?
