''Johnny Lee Mills'' is a unidentified boy who was taken into police custody in 1990 after being arrested in St. Louis, MO on susscipon of being a runaway. He told them he had been on his own for a long time and ''worked the truck stops'' He stated his name was Johnny Lee Mills which later proved false and also used the aliases Steve Johnson and Randi Smith. He was transferred to a youth shelter in Maryland Heights, MO but ran away in September 21, 1990 before his true identity could be established.
DNA or Dental records are unavailable for Johnny, making identification difficult if not impossible.

It's unknown what happened to him after leaving the shelter; due to the lifestyle he led, it was theorized he may have met with foul play and may even be one of the unidentified bodies across the country.
