Unidentified 1990 to 1999

On October 9, 1995 the New York State Police in Brewster, NY were called to the scene of a deceased male located in a wooded area adjacent to the Garden Street School, Oak Street, in the Village of Brewster. This subject appeared to be a dark skinned Hispanic male who had committed suicide. To date, SP Brewster case 95-241 has, despite a thorough investigation, failed to identify this subject and thus notify his surviving family.
