Unidentified 1990 to 1999

The victim's skeletal remains were discovered in a wooded area north of I-10 north of the Holt exit. She was believed to have been hitchhiking from the Tampa Bay area, and may have had connections to Miami. The suspect in the case, Keith Hunter Jesperson, confessed to the murder. He also noted that she was carrying around things like bark and moss and he wondered if she might have been some sort of fortune-teller. She also carried a music device (boom box or Walkman), which Jesperson later...
On Friday, July 22, 1990, two children were hunting for berries in a remote area of Monroe Township, about three miles south of I-80 near Reidsburg. As they were crossing under a railroad trestle, they saw what they thought was a deer lying in a streambed. As they got closer, they found that it was a body, lying face down in the muddy water. https://www.namus.gov/UnidentifiedPersons/Case#/6580 https://www.crimewatchers.net/media/two-children-were-hunting-for-berries-in-1990-when-they-came-across-janedoe-in-monroe-township-pennsylvania-she-is-known-today-as-pennydoe.1529/ *CLICK THE REPORT BUTTON IF YOU'D LIKE THIS CASE MOVED TO THE GENERAL DISCUSSION AREA TO BE OPENED FOR COMMENTING.
