MN JANET KRAMER: Missing from Willmar, MN - 1 Jan 1971 - Age 13

Discussion in 'Missing 1900 to 1979' started by Catwalk Gray Hu-Hum, Apr 20, 2017.

  1. Janet Kramer ran away from a facility in Willmar, MN in 1971 at the age of 13, having been born June 3, 1957. She had brown hair which was cropped at her shoulders. Her eyes were reported brown, although photos show blue eyes. Additionally, she wore wire-rimmed glasses. She was roughly five feet tall and weighed between 110-130 pounds.

A few possible matches include the following:

The Atlantic County Jane Doe, who was discovered on December 6th, 1971. The timeline, hair, age, and race all checkout, with the exception of Atlantic County Jane Doe’s extra vertebra. She was most likely strangled.

The Arroyo County Jane Doe (Also known as Golfer Doe) was found on October 5, 1980. She was between the ages of 13-25. Janet Kramer would have been 22. The hair, age, height, weight, and race work with her description, but Arroyo County Jane Doe was likely younger than nineteen years of age, which doesn’t match up. However, Janet’s sister has stated she believes this to be her sister. [EDIT: DNA testing has since revealed she is not Janet]

The third is Walker County Jane Doe, who was found on November 1st, 1980. Again, the physical description matches up, but the age range doesn’t. She was likely between 14-18, whilst Kramer would have been 21.

Bill Doe, a young woman who was found unresponsive in Highland Park, Wayne County, Michigan on March 26, 1976. She'd recently attended a party, as attested to by many witnesses, and claimed to have run away from a treatment facility in another state. The age and backstory match up, but they had different bone structure.

The fifth and final possible match is to that of Davidson County’s 1976 Jane Doe’s companion. Her companion was described as having sandy blonde hair and wire rimmed glasses. She has never been located and Davidson County’s 1976 Jane Doe has yet to be identified.

  7. Just found a grave with her exact name which is kind of odd to see, considering it also has her middle name. The only issue is that the date of birth is off since it's '47 instead of '57:[IMG]
