NEVILLE TANNER - Missing from Victoria, Australia - last seen 4 November 2016

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 28-year-old Neville Tanner. Neville was last seen at an ATM on Collins Street in the CBD on 4 November. Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to the amount of time since he has made contact with anyone.
